Our olives in brine are delicious. They pair perfectly with our Fraser Family Vineyards Zinfandel. We start with a weekly salt brine and then add a touch of apple cider vinegar to the jar when they are packed to preserve the flavors. The olives are grown and procced on our estate vineyard in the California Shenandoah Valley near Plymouth, CA. 10 oz net weight. Contains pits.
